As title says, pretty annoying problem and is there anything to do so i can save my precious juice:(

I mixed ~2ml FlavorX tuttifrutti flavour (contains orange and lemon) to 50/50 VPG 8ml and this is the result:

I bought a milk frother to mix my diy. It works great and I swear it cuts down aging time by a few days! I bought it on ebay for under $5.00.

Amazon.com: Ikea Milk Frother 100.763.20, Silver: Kitchen & Dining

I mix my liquid in a separate glass jar. I was using a small mason jar but have upgraded to a 500ml beaker to look cool!

After I put all my stuff in, I use that to mix until it's got so much air on the juice it looks like milk. I wait for it to turn back clear then do it again. (3 times total) it takes about 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on how much im making. So to me it's killing 2 birds with one stone. I'm mixing it real good and letting it air out at the same time.

Works fantastic!!!

Wait a minute... Is this what you're using for eliquid flavor?
How FLAVORx Works – FLAVORx Parents

I don't know what it's made of but it's for flavoring kids medicine. Don't know if I would use that for eliquid if I were you!

Ditto! You need to please learn about DIY in our Forums and then ONLY use Flavors used for vaping that other members (myself included) use and can speak to the integrity and proper use. See this page from one of many trusted vendors who sell most of the flavors you should be using in your mix:

RTS Vapes Concentrated Food Flavors

Please do not vape the mix you created.

Good luck :)

EDITED for clarity.

Are you using a pg,vg, or alcohol based flavoring? I am not familiar with Flavorx. It the flavoring is oil based you probably souldn't be using it and it will always separate like that. If it is pg,vg, or alcohol based just shake it really well.

"This produced is based on propylene glycol." Juice starts separating after 1h from shaking...

This is the flavor: Flavours / BasesE-Aroma 10ml FlavorX :: Ego² :: En I don't have any problems with other FlavorX products.
Ahh gotcha. OK that makes more sense. It's possible that the orange/lime flavor in it is an oil. If it mixes when you shake the crap out of it, then when it sits for a few hours, looks like the picture you posted then there's an oil used in the flavoring.

Not really if it's gonna separate it's gonna separate. That's why many bottles state to shake well before use cause the oil will separate. If your unhappy with it you can always try different flavors. I have had some orangey citrus flavors that do blend well but they also usually lack the same flavor.

Ok, does all the lemon flavors have similiar problems with separating?
