Disposable Vape Has Power but Screen Doesn't Display - Any Ideas?

A customer asked me why his disposable vape - RAZ DC25000 has power, but the screen isn't displaying any information. I think the main reasons might be:

1. Screen Malfunction: The screen itself could be faulty or damaged.
2. Connection Issue: There might be a loose connection inside the device causing the screen to not function properly.
3. Battery Issue: Even if there's power, the battery might not be providing enough voltage to the screen.

What do you all think? Any other possible reasons or solutions? How would you handle this issue?
