I am disturbed that it is asking for personal information .
I've read that some online vendors have begun asking for driver's license as a means to validating a customer's age. Brick & mortars routinely ask for a photo ID to confirm age.

I don't believe I've ever ordered from direct vapor. They do not appear to be on the Star Supplier list here on ECF. That is probably because they sell dry herb vaporizers.

I'm struggling to think of a single reason that I would send my drivers license info to any website. Might as well send your social security number and passwords to your online banking accounts. I'm not saying that Direct Vapor is bad, but there are bad people infesting the internet looking to separate your money from you.

Hi and welcome. I have no idea about that particular site. Regarding the error message. are you, by chance, using Firefox? If so, try switching to a different browser. FF seems to have trouble with that, for some reason.
firefox quantum as they are calling has problems with a lot of sites but that is usually not rendering the page at all. I wouldn't bother with a site that wants a drivers license. I'd spend the extra $5 and buy locally before I'd do that
