Not very experienced with eliquid flavouring! I heard menthol gives off a pepperminty taste and honestly i love mint a lot! Especially spearmint, so basically whats the difference between menthol and mint? Is it good to have menthol/spearmint? Or just i just go full blown spearmint or full blown menthol?? Thanks a ton!

A legitimate menthol should never taste of mint anything. It's supposed to be what it is: menthol. Personally it drives me nuts when I end up receiving a mint of any sort that was being put out there as a menthol flavor.
If you are really looking for mint flavors just try and go for that based on flavor descriptions. If you want a spearmint you should receive something that actually tastes like spearmint. Or peppermint etc.

For me personally, there's a huge difference in menthol and any form of mint. I get an immediate, head-pounding headache from menthol. But true mint flavors...I love to vape.
Honestly, the best, true mint I've tried so far in DIY...is TFA Creme de Menthe flavoring. I use it in a recipe to make a wonderful Andes Creme de Menthe or Mint Chocolate Chip type of eliquid. I can't get enough of it, and it smells as good as it tastes!

I can't really stand menthol, and it seems as if most mint vapes are menthol in disguise or add it for the cool feel.
