Difference between Aspire Nautilus and Aspire Nautilus Mini?

The larger Nautilus comes with horizontal silica-wicked coils, the mini comes with vertical ceramic-wick coils. The ceramic coils will fit in the larger Nautilus. For many users, the vertical ceramic coils are superior in delivering flavor and vapor.
Having said that, I recently read somewhere that Aspire will be discontinuing the ceramic wick and going with a cotton fiber wick in the near future. Something about concerns that the ceramic wick is actually fiberglass.

The regular Nautilus comes with the BVC coils now instead of the BDCs. At least the one I got from Giant Vapes did.
The mini holds 2.5 ml of juice, the regular Nautilus 5ml. Definitely use BVC coils. I have the mini on my iStick and love it.
That's nice to know. Not all vendors Nautilus tanks come with the BVC's. Depends on who you purchase it from.
Yeah actually now that I think about it though I got the Nautilus from Myfreedomsmokes not Giant Vapes.
If you want flavor then you're gonna want them BVCs. The full sized Nautilus can take BVCs and some of them come with them already but look for a big BVC sticker on the front.
The full sized Nautilus and the Nautilus Mini use the exact same coils. Just make sure you get Nautilus BVC coils, NOT the Aspire BVC which is a different tank entirely.

If you're buying a box of 5 the box should clearly say they are Nautilus BVC coils on the front. There shouldn't be too many BDC coils left on the market anymore since Aspire stopped production of them at the end of last year. And as I said, make sure you buy Nautilus BVC, not Aspire BVC coils. Aspire makes a BVC tank which is different from the Nautilus line and uses a different coil. They are not compatible.

The thing is the regular Nautilus tank is big.......so the form factor is not as compact as the Mini. If you're using a smaller (thinner) box mod like the iStick, the regular Nautilus will be wider than the mod.
I just received the Nautilus in the mail today and I was surprised that even though the capacity is more than double (5 ml versus 2 ml), when held side by side with the Nautilus Mini, the Nautilus is not appreciably wider. It is definitely taller.
Looking at the specs, the iTaste CLK 1280 is 15.8 mm wide, the Nautilus Mini is 19.1 mm wide and the Nautilus is 22 mm wide.
If you want it to fit as flush as possible with your battery, I would go with the Nautilus Mini. If the size isn't an issue and you want the higher capacity (you don't need to refill as often) then I would go with the Nautilus.
If it was me and I had to choose one to use on a stick battery, I would go with the Mini.
