CR2 vs RCR123a

I just saw a charger that says it will charger both the cr2 and RCR123a.

How different are these two bat's and if they can be charged in the same charger can they be used interchangably in a device that uses one of them?

Or is there a significant size difference?

Very tricky question since those batteries come both in 3.0v and 3.7v, you can not mix different voltages but you can mix batteries with the same voltage if your charger specs allows it.

cr2 are a 1/4 inch shorter- they give u a magnet to make up the 1/4 in on the charger-

I could never find cr2 battery boxes with leads- if you find one - post a link

There's also a switch on these types of chargers to go from 3.0 to 3.7. Make sure you have it set for the right battery.
