Cool Fire 4 Problem...

I have had a cool fire 4 for about 6-8 months. The thing does not charge anymore. I let it go completely dead battery and then charged it a day or two later, now the thing just flashes the yellow green red like simon and every few secs the many lights up. It will not hold a charge and I'm confused if I screwed it up or if it is a quick fix. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you made sure that the manual ON/OFF switch is switched to "ON" on the bottom of the device? That master switch takes precedence over everything else.

To do a complete power reset, hit the fire button 3 times rapidly and then switch the device off via the manual switch on the bottom. Then, switch it back to on, press the fire button 3 times.

See if that works.

Thanks, I tried the power reset but did not work, although I may have done it at the wrong time. The device flashes Innokin Technology when power is on as well as the lights flash when charging when power is off, the lights flash red, yellow, green. I am currently charging it and tried the reset when it was plugged in to charge and when not. I am so bummed I loved that thing.

you are not the only one that has the exact same problem I have the exact same thing happening to my cool fire IV it's just annoying
