Connection Issues Between Vape Pen and Cartridge

I have now bought 3 vape pens and NONE of them work with my cartridges. I've never had issues before but I'm extremely ...... off and down $70. The first pen I bought was a Vision Spinner II. It worked perfectly fine and had no issues after the first 2 weeks. Then the nightmare begins... First it was issues getting the pen to charge, and that was fixed. Now when I put my cartridge in and it makes connection to the small plate the pen won't work. It will blink 3 times (red, white, and blue) when it's connected and touching but will work fine without the cartridge attached. Then I go to a different store and was sold the Vision Spinner, brand new out of the box and fully charged per instructions... SURPRISE! I still have the EXACT same issue with this pen too. Now, for the 3rd and final time.. I go to a completely different store across town and picked up a Leaf Buddi Key Box. I get home, let it charge for 4 hours and now I can't turn the damn thing off or on. It keeps blinking red 3 times and won't do anything else. I'm absolutely ...... and never had issues using my cartridges before. Any help would be greatly appreciated :'(

what clearo (tank) are you using with the Vision Spinner?

And, are you vaping regular ejuice (i.e. nicotine juice?)

They're not vape pens and we don't use oils.

They're mods and we use ejuice or eliquids.

Hi and welcome,
Is it the same cart that is not working on all devices?
Are you over-tightening the cartridge or just making it "snug" on the batteries?
If the cart and the charger are not making contact, you may need to lift the positive contact of the batteries to meet the positive contact of charger/carts.
Most of the "carts" are of low quality and very cheap direct from china. Are you buying them empty or prefilled?

Welcome and glad you joined.
Sorry to hear about your bad luck, your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

What carts are they? What type of connector? Maybe charger is bad? Not sure, but my old Evod would blink 3 times if cart coil is shorted out. Even got new coils that were shorted.
