Here's how the contest works:

• I submit an up close or portional piece of a picture of an item.
• You try to guess what it is.
• If you are the first person to guess the correct answer you win the prize.

Standing rules for all my contests:

• One guess every 4 hours or after any hint I give (meaning hints refresh the 4 hours counter)
• If multiple submissions are entered by any one person within the 4 hour limit we take the first submission as the one entered.
• If you win a contest please refrain from entering the next contest (spread the love)
• Have fun.

A guide for "Name that Thang" submissions (make/model guideline). You want to be specific to a point but not so much so that you over guess an answer. Think as if the picture were a car. A submission of "car" just won't cut it, you have to show us you aren't just guessing randomly. However, a guess of "2000 Nissan Sentra GXE Limited Edition" might be going over the mark if say it is actually a 1998 Nissan Sentra. In any event "Nissan Sentra" would be specific enough to win the prize... basically make good guesses but don't pigeon-hole yourself.

Note: This one, to me, seems obvious but my lovely wife said it was a solid picture and that I only thought it was obvious because I knew what it was so well. We shall see. We've placed a bet and it's up to you fine folks to settle it. If it gets guessed quickly... say before the second hint I win. If it stumps you for a little while then I lose. I'm not allowed to tell you what we wagered...but believe me when I say "I WANT TO WIN!". Get this quick! Harpo, Rock, etc. it's up to you!
