Not sure if this is the right category or not but here it goes. I have a New Leaf Plus that stopped working. When I push the button, it blinks a clear light 10 times and produces no vapor. If I put it on the charger, the green charger light is on but the button on the device does not light up like it normally would to indicate that it's charging. I've left it on the charger for up to an hour at a time but it still doesn't work. I've also changed the wick/coil thing and made sure everything was dry and not screwed on too tightly. Does anyone know what the problem may be?
I will add that I bought this about 1.5 years ago and used it for 2 days before giving up. I started using it again last week and everything was working fine until yesterday. I have emailed the company but have not gotten a response yet. The problem is that I'm out of town and there isn't a New Leaf where I am to take it to. I was trying to avoid buying another one because I am low on funds. I know this is an older model and I may need to just replace it.
