The cheapest I have is the stuff I make... 95% veggie glycerin, 5% distilled water, and a few drops of a 100mg/mL nicotine solution. Sometimes I add water-based flavoring. I buy my supplies at a local vape shop. If you really don't want to do it yourself, I reccommend Vape Wild or Mt. Baker Vapor for inexpensive liquid. I can't think of any pre-mades off the top of my head that are less expensive.

My daughter and I enjoy eliquids from Mt. Baker Vapor, VaporBomb, The Vapor Room, Killer Juice, Seattle Vapor, ITC Vapes, Vape Wild, and The Broke Smoker. All have a good selection of flavors, reasonable prices and shipping charges, good customer service, and good turnaround time on orders. I'd agree with most of the vendors listed here as being good value. I am not sure cheapest would be the first thing on my list of important criteria for e-liquid.

I'll add in Mr E-liquid as a decent enough vendor.

Maybe you want to go down the DIY route. You can start with around $30 worth of flavoring and nic base (and equipment) and see if it's a rabbit hole you want to visit. I would recommend doing so as you can make your own liquid for literally pennies per 15ml. The DIY forums here are a wealth of relevant information, packed with helpful and knowledgeable members just waiting for your questions :)

That's more expensive than Mount Baker's jumbo 236 mil bottle.

Especially if you get it at twice the nicotine you need, buy a $3 bottle of the pre-mixed flavoring they also sell, and a 236ml of VG to dilute it down with.

Twice the liquid for about $11 extra. I think I calculated the total cost at around 12 cents per ml - which is almost on a par with DIY.

Still, how can we determine if the ingredients are correct?

Peer review, liquid manufacturers that are members of professional e-liquid associations (like AEMSA ) and discussions on forums like this one are some of the ways.

DIY is another, although you are still at the mercy of vendors, I will agree that the risk is mitigated by having less steps in the process for possible contamination. Purchasing the raw ingredients and mixing yourself is probably the best way to be honest.

I am very concerned with what ingredients I am inhaling and I always try to do my homework before I order from a new vendor.

One thing you can do is ask the vendor directly. Most will be proud to tell you how they make their e-liquid, some will send you photos of their labs, include lab reports of e-liquid they have had tested and may even invite you for a tour in person. These are vendors I would recommend.

Please nobody give me the line that we used to smoke and so why are we so concerned about what we vape now. The two are not mutually exclusive.

We should question what the ingredients are in our e-liquid.

If your UK based, there is only one place I'd go. Isle of Custard, I have vaped some good juice before, The Milkman and suicide bunny's juice to name a few, Mike's juices at the Isle of Custard beat those and that is saying a lot. He only started his business 4 months ago but omg, it is sooooooo good, 70vg 30pg, I have never tasted anything as good as this in all my years of vaping.. 100ml for £19.00, you just can't go wrong !!!

Isle Of Custard E-Liquids Isle of Wight

100ml steeping next to a standard 10ml .......still 10 days to wait, still have my captain's custard to vape though, beautiful stuff

MadTown Vapor is 1 of my top budget juices. Ive only put 1 order in and got 3 15ml for $13 shipped. I got Full Blue Moon(midwest ice cream)which is really really good, tuti fruity which is 1 of the best cereal vapes ive had and ive had alot, last is kathys key lime which is ok i thought it would be a little creamer, but not bad,

ITCvapes and Affordable Vaping are 2 other good cheap juices.
