Carts vs Drips

I just wanted to get some personal opinions/advice about dripping here. I bought a bottle of ejuice and I've been topping off carts after the initial however many drags (once they stop producing smoke.)
After so many refills though, it seems like the carts aren't doing their job as well. Now when I refill them, they still don't give but one or two good drags. I tried dripping straight onto my atomizer and it gave me a "cigarette's worth" (14-16 puffs I believe)

I guess my question is... In your opinion, buy new carts? Find ways to reuse them? Or skip them all together?
Just trying to figure out the best deal here...

WEll I use carts but I clean and reuse them or create fresh ones. Everyone is different it seems so its really what works best for you. I fill my carts with a needle and syringe so they are full like from the suppliers. Each of my RN4072 takes about 1ml to fill.

I have not enjoyed the M401 cartridges much. I just drip and have no problems. No juice in the mouth. No dry wick. No foul taste. Just pure vaping pleasure.

Interesting. I remember seeing a video where someone spoke of reusing the carts like that. Not sure that I remember how to do so, though.
I thought about the syringe idea, but I ran into trouble trying to get the needle into the liquid... since the drip top on the eliquid bottle is too tall for the needle to reach. ><

Not sure of all bottles but the ones from puresmoker the plastic drip top under the cap comes off. I just pour some into the syringe and I am off and running or you can pour it into the cap and syphon it from there. Some of these suppliers sell the needle/syringe but you can also buy them online

3ml 20g works well but you can buy larger ones to drain your old carts.

I take the plunger part off and put the wicks/fiber in the tube then put the pluger part back in and squeeze the juice out that way into a clean bottle. You can then clean the wick/filler and dry then reuse or just buy the filler for fish tanks and cut to the correct size. You can buy a fairly good size bag at walmart.

Once the cart has been used a few times, it just doesn't work as well...

I will clean them out and reuse but I also have plenty of blanks for each type of e-cig on hand so if I don't feel like doing my e-cig "laundry" I don't have to

I just drip. Carts are messy and just pain to mess with. I drip my 401 and it is just awesome.
It also helps with keeping the atomser from drying out. If I am on the road for a awhile I take 2 atomiser and drip them before i leave just like you would carts. It works awesome. hope this helps. I also clean my atomiser every night. I have had the same ones since Feb plus atleast 5-6 i havn t even had to. I do have one 4 hole I am trying to break in now though.

I drip mostly.... that said, I like to put a drop or two on the cart to keep the atomizer from drying out. So far my drip atomizers outlast the ones I used with carts.

Less leaking, better vapor.....

Just don't over do it, no one wants a soggy battery.

Exactly what kind of syringe is that? The ones I have are insulin syringes so they're quite small.

If you hear of any helpful labelling system, that would be awesome.. I've been trying to come up with one myself.

I like to do both. 2 drops on atomizer and top off cart with 1 drop.

Honestly, I say it depends on your model of e-cig. I only drip with my M401 as the atomizer wick is exposed and the cartridges aren't worth anything (see what Lorddrek said). With my DSE801, I use cartridges as they hold plenty of juice and the atomizer is contained within the cylinder.

I use carts until the atomiser is no longer able to wick properly (about a week in a penstyle) then I just drip

I mostly Drip.

I have a 401 that I was not very happy with until I cleaned the atomizers. Once I did that, I saw what everyone was raving about. But, the carts suck. The 401 IMHO is best when dripped. I like brandeeashlynn's suggestion about dripping 2 carts to take on the road. I might buy a few more atomizers and create a 5 or 10 pack of pre-dripped atomizers to take on the road with a small sample bottle of juice for refills when you can.

I also use a 901 which I have blank carts for that I fill up when I go out. But, still, the 901 is just better when dripped.

I top off carts. 3 drops gives me roughly the equivalent of an analog.

I only drip now. On my 901, m401, and penstyle. Carts are just a pain in the ... so why bother.

I put 2 drops on mine and it'll give 8 solid drags. Some people like to drip and use carts, I don't see the need.

100% polyester is the best to refill carts get it from the pet store it's called loving pets filter fiber it's for fish tanks.For fish so it's non-treated safe for fish safe for you
