Hi fellow vapers. I have an upcoming flight and I'm wondering if I could bring my vape kit on air china. I have a flight to LA from IL, LA to Beijing China and Beijing to Philippines.

What I'm planning to bring is my 3 batteries, 1 Nitecore i2 intellicharger, 3 10ml e-juices with 3mg of nicotine, 1 15ml e-juice with 3mg of nicotine and 1 30ml of 6mg flavorless nicotine, a ceramic tweezers, a kanthal wire 24 and 28 gauge, 2 rda and 1 rta, 1 mech and box mod and a tiny screwdriver.

Can I put all of this on my hand carry bag? Do I need to do something so I could put my vape stuff on my hand carry bag that has 2 laptops on it? And any tips or recommendations would be great.

I've had my gear swabbed at various airports- DTW, AMS, PRG, but never had an issue getting through security. I take the batteries out and put them in battery boxes, the ProVaris in a small Pelican case and a filled tank in the ziplock quart bag. After having to take out all of my electronics once, I put my phones, chargers, camera, etc. in a ziplock bag, as well and put it in the bin...

I travel weekly with at least 3-4 10 ml bottle, istick, evic, and sometimes mech. I usually use my evic as a charger lol. I separate my tanks from batteries right before I board and never had a problem with tsa. I have gone to Germany many times and same no problem but usually more bottles of juice because longer trips usually. Best of luck and safe travels.

I flew last week without issue. You MUST carry on batteries on most airlines, and TSA may ask you to turn on (fire up) your mod(s). You don't have to empty your tank(s), but you may want to; they do leak in air. I'd probably pack wire and build kit in checked luggage, or just bring a couple of attys like Subtanks or Atlantis. Just easier ... Have a good trip!

I just went through tsa in MSY and HOU this weekend... Mini needle nose were rejected at MSY, blue screwdriver and hex keys rejected at HOU. I would keep everything not immediately needed in checked baggage so you don't have to leave stuff behind.

That just makes me terribly sad for some reason. I packed my tools and wire in my checked luggage, but still - needle nose, mini bluedriver, and hex keys are dangerous now? Ugh.

Just keep in mind that you can only bring two spare batteries. I left a battery in my mod as well, nothing was said, and nobody batted an eye.

Just got back from flying to San Juan and boarding cruise to St. Maarten and St. Thomas then to Orlando to fly home to KC. I put juice in a zip lock with other liquids and kept 2 batteries and 3 tanks not emptied in a case. Opened the case and laid it all out flat for TSA. No one batted an eye. And yes you can vape on a cruise ship - supposed to be only in smoking areas but I was good just about anywhere so long as I didn't have a giant cloud!
