Hello everyone. I recently ordered several e-liquids infused with botanical extracts, and wanted to share my thoughs on one of them.

So I ran into a website called lotus-extracts.com and noticed that on top of selling several ethnobotanicals, they also offered some e-juice. After hearing that their Lotus eliquids were good for stress and insomnia, I decided to place an order. I received several samples and vaped about 5 drops of their Blue Lotus before going to bed one night. The results were very positive for me. I actually fell into a deep state of sleep, didn't wake up at all during the night, and woke up totally refreshed the next day. I also noticed a general feeling of well-being produced by the liquid, which allegedly can help combat nicotine cravings.

On the downside, this thick juice (100% VG) will clog up coils and wicks pretty fast, but since you don't really need to chain vape it, it's not as big of an issue as it could be. Having said that, I had to purchase my first RDA strictly for this juice, since it won't work well in clearos or cartos. In the end, I guess its effects kind of justify the "pain in the ...." rebuildings that will be required. BTW, I though its natural flavor wasn't that bad; sort of herbal or flowery sweet.

Anyway, I strongly suggest this eliquid to anyone here who suffers from stress, insomnia, or depression. IMHO, it definitely works. You can check it out here: Lotus Extracts, Will blow your mind,. I would also love to hear opinions or recommendations from veteran vapers who have experience with this or other botanical e-liquids. Peace out.

Okay then. Since nobody here seems to know much about botanical e-liquids, I'll mention a few I tried from other companies. :)

So I placed an order a while back for several e-liquids from a company called Surrealistic Sensations. I got some Kanna, Wild Lettuce, and Kava Kava juice from them. I found the Kanna to be an energizing vape, sort of like a cross between nicotine and caffeine. The Wild Lettuce was a little bit relaxing, but too subtle. The Kava Kava, on the other hand, was far from subtle, and worked as a mild sedative and euphoric. It was by far my favorite from the bunch.

There is one negative about their whole e-juice line, and it's the price. At $2 a milliliter, it's just too darn expensive for the effects you get (even the Kava Kava). Also, they're all coil and wick cloggers, so you pretty much need advanced equipment to vape them (RDA, etc.). Not really worth the hassle for me, or at least not at that price. I'd rather spend just under $1 a milliliter for Blue Lotus from lotus-extracts.com instead, since its effects are clearly worth it. I think it hits faster and more effectively as a vape than in tea or capsule form.

BTW, regular LR dripping atomizers seem to work well with these types of e-liquids. I had a couple stashed away that I never used, and was surprised by how much abuse they could take. I might just buy a few more for times when I don't feel like building a microcoil. I wish these juices would work well on my regular clearomizers, though.
