I smoke about 4 black and mild cigars a day..and I need to quit, but I dont want to give up the habit. e cigs seem logical.

I Need something reliable, relatively fiddle free and economical.

preferably refillable, and rechargeable. I dont need automatic (I can use a button) I dont want to have to order a lot of stuff

Ive been looking at the 510 tornado tank at totally wicked..but I get confused as to what I should order along with it to get started and keep going for a while. I need suggestions on e liquid as well. I dont really care about tobacco flavors but I want flavors that are strong enough to satisfy.

I know next to nothing about this stuff but I want to get something that can be used every day.

if someone was nice enough to make some detailed suggestions I would appreciate it greatly

There are E Cigars out there. Here's a link for 2 reviews. The 9 minute is from a cigar smoker.
e cigar review - Google Search
You can order cigar flavors. Seems that the ecigsr is just a larger Ecig IMHO.
Regarding batteries:
100 mah= 1 hour vape time on single coil Cartomizers.
100 mah= 1/2 hour
so choose your kit/ batteries carefully. Also don't allow batts to discharge below 25%. They last longer.
I would also recommend manual batts rather than auto bats because manuals allow you greater control over the vape experience and are less likely to be damaged from juice. Auto batts will also sometimes activate from loud sounds.
Re : tanks I' m presently using mega Cartomizers and I fill them every 3-4 hrs and presently researching tanks. Remember to drink lots of water A's the vapor comes from our bodies and not the juice. Dehydration can lessen the Vaping experience and lead to issues. I drink 3 liters of water per day. Hopefully an ecigar user will come along and offer some additional info.
And welcome to ECF
Good Luck, Vapoor.

Somewhere out there
Welcome! Keep searching to find what will suit your needs and watch alot of you tube reviews to see the device in action. I am very happy with what I have now but took some research. I can recommend a cigar flavor you might like, Bella Valente from Halo. I mix it with Vanilla Swirl because it tastes too much like a cigar to me, but for cigar smoker you may love it! Have fun in your search for your perfect PV. bnrk

I addition to the starter kit you should get some juice. For starters get several different flavors you think you may like in smaller size bottles. Once you find your flavor, then order larger size bottles. You may also want to get a couple extra atomizers or a couple boxes of cartomizers. Cartomizers replace the atomizers and the cartridge. There are plenty of Youtube videos on how to fill them.

The Tornado is a good kit for starters. It is a rebranded eGo-T so there are plenty of replacement parts and accessories available.

Good luck and happy vaping.

I don't know what ya'll use for flavoring, but I get "Tasty Puffs" from the local tobacco shop. They're little bottles that you drip onto your tobacco to add different flavors. That's something you can use to cheaply experiment with different flavoring. Which what I was getting to was I usually order a large bottle of a tobacco flavor nicotine juice then I buy those Tasty Puff bottles for like $2 a piece. If you mix a couple drops of vanilla and a couple drops of chocolate it comes out to a good Black n Mild flavor. Sometimes I add some spearmint to it, not a BM flavor, but pretty good none the less. Anyway good luck, and don't give up.

Me Too! I smoked up to 10, Black and Mild "Classics" a day. I used to get a discount when I bought a pack of 5 - They used to cost $5.50, price just shot up to 6.25! Same price as buyin em for $1.25 a shot. Last week I went to the corner store to buy a pack, but they had "Imperial" e-cigs for sale at 8 bucks for "500" puffs. I'm on my 4th one, I would have spent WAY more for Black and Milds. Looking for somwething that costs less than the 150 bucks price tag for refillable e-cigs. Thats the problem, the COST of a refillable system is outrageous!

Two important things you should consider: long battery life and efficient juice feeding system.

I strongly recommend that you get something that would last you a day or two and not have to recharge and refill in the middle of the day. Forget about starting with so-called starter kits. Go for the advanced kits.

I wished I've seen this site before throwing my money in various starter kits that I later discarded only a few weeks later.

Check out the ePower 14650 from crystal clear vaping. It's a 3.7v PV that uses non-proprietary batteries, that are cheap to replace. ( about $4 bucks)

If you get it from CCV you'll get a FREE 5pack of Ressurector cartos, a FREE 30ml juice of your choice, and FREE shipping.
Put it "ecf5off" and you'll get 5% off the order.
This could be a great affordable kit for you.

One of the reasons I recommended that is because CCV has a black&milf juice that is really good. I got that as my free juice when I got my EPower and it is still one of my favorite juices. It is very flavorful and produces a LOT of vapor

Goodluck!
