Hi and welcome! Choosing the right tank all depends on why and how you're vaping. A little more info would help. Are you getting off cigarettes? Do you want clouds of vapor?
The only issue I know of with the pico mega is it has serious limitations as to the diameter of tank that can be used.
The definition of “best” in a tank is highly subjective. We really need more information on how you vape before making a recommendation.
The big one is are you a DL or MTL vaper?

There are basically two classes of clearomizers, or tanks. MTL (mouth to lung draw) and DTL (direct lung draw).
For smokers transitioning from cigarettes to vaping, a MTL style tank is recommended because its tighter draw will be very similar to that of drawing from a cigarette. They typically use a higher ohm heating coil and lower wattage settings.
More advanced vapers may opt for a looser DL style tank. They typically use a lower ohm coil (sub-ohm) and higher wattage settings to make much more vapor production.

Both of those are great choices.
You are limited to 22mm attys, but it's never been a problem for me.
I run a Serpent Mini, Baby Beast w/ RBA, and an Ammit on my Pico Mega.
I probably use my Serpent Mini on it the most.
Makes it compact with long battery life, and great flavor.

Hi welcome to ECF. There is no "best" pairing there is only what works for you. The Lemo was considered a decent tank in its day but I think it's older. Depending on what kind of VAPE you desire (a lot, a little, etc) and I am assuming you want a rebuildable tank and there are TONS of great options all the way around.
But I'm wondering what you mean by "not good" and no one really even knows what to recommend until you answer follow up questions etc.
With two topics, hopefully you can return and well, let us know a little more about your "not goodness."
