For the record, most of us buy liquid nicotine form overseas and use it to "juice up" local sourced e-liquids although quite a few people also buy ready to vape overseas e-liquids from local vendors and just add enough nic to it to work. It's all a bit of a pain but it's the situation we find ourselves in.
You can, of course, buy ready to vape juice from oversea that already have nicotine in them. Localvape are quite good but for other recommendations you're best ask at Aussievapers.
If you decide to buy just nicotine I can readily recommend hiliq.com.

I personally would not buy nic juice from China as I have had many bad experiences both with flavour and nicotine concentrations. Nicotine bases I buy from HiLiq.com as this is the only company I trust. I now mix my own e-juice and use Australian made concentrates as US and UK freight costs are worth more than the product you want to buy on most occassions. However, Aussies can legally buy RTV (Ready to Vape Juice) with Nicotine up to 36mg/ml. The Company is called Nicopharm they have many flavours now.
I agree that buying flavored juice from China is a no go.
As for Nicopharm...it's a good place to start but dreadfully overpriced and the flavors aren't that great.
