Which ecig stand above the rest in regards to battery life, strength of inhale, ease of use etc. I heard greensmoke, safecig and Cirrus 2 were some of the best but I would love some more opinions. Thanks!

If you have buckets of money and want the absolute least hassle, buy a two piece KR808D-1 and a ton of prefilled cartos and throw out 2-3 per day or more. A standard carto does not last as long as a pack of cigs - that is a web "name brand" lie. Or buy an Ego-T and prefilled tanks. Most of us refill cartos and carts with ejuices. Cartomizers (the juice-holding part of a 2-piece) need to be refilled less often, tanks of an Ego least often.
I dont think it requires buckets of money to own a kr808-D. It might be a bit more than a 510 or whatever else, but thats the sacrifice. For that sacrifice you get a two peice, easy to use, easy to maintain, good tasting e-cig. I'll agree that you certainly can go through carts quite often, but dripping some juice gets me about 24 hours out of each cart. So a 5pk lasts me an entire work week... not bad for an easy, hassle free e-cig. It all boils down to personal opinion, I know.

#2 for the "T". It's just too easy!I have tested many kits locally when converting smokers to vaping. The best starter kit I have found as far as customer satisfaction is the eGo-T (Tank). Not only does it require less maintenance, It can be turned off so it will not fire unexpectedly in the pocket. The biggest problem getting someone to switch is dealing with modded carts (Blue Foam plug, I'm not a fan of the poly fill), or cartomizers in which you need a syringe to fill. being able to simply pop the cap off of the eGo-T cart and drip right in and the ability to see how much juice you have left is wonderful to new vapers.
