Best 3 ecig brands?

From my understanding its not so much about brands. I think most brands are just rebranded versions of standard models all made in China for the most part. For example my Smoking Everywhere Gold is just a standard RN4081 model, and I got really ripped off buying from Smoking Everywhere. Most of the standard models can be purchased in starter kit form for $30-$60.
Also on cartridges, refilling is the only way to go. You get a lot more choices and it's much cheaper.
You can buy most of the standard models from Wholesale & Retail Best E-smoking Supplier located in China. I suggest the EMS shipping although it does cost a bit more. I've been happy with everything I've ordered from them, and the prices are super low.
There are a lot of reputable US dealers too, hopefully someone else can fill you in on a few.
Nothing I said includes the mods, or battery mods, whatever you want to call them. Most of them seem to be made in the US and all look to be pretty good quality. I don't own one, but have an order placed for a Super Six from Super T Manufacturing.

Well I can tell you the "Blu" e cig was not all that good. At least for me. This was my "feet wetter" e-cig

Personally, I like the Penstyle e-cigs. They have very large carts which do not require refilling as often as other models. And they have long battery life ... Again, they will not require recharging as often as other models. And of the Penstyles available, my preference is the RN4072. Reason: Best Flavor.
My second favorite model is the e-Cigar. It also has a very large cart and very long battery life. Plus, great vapor production !!
