Best 1.5mm hex key? .. what brand/type that won't round down

I've worn out/rounded out, three 1.5mm hex keys with my Velocity 1:1 clone. I have one left .. one that came with extra 1.5mm grub nuts I got from eBay.

What brand, type, type of metal, is best .. so it will not wear out so much?

Search for Bondhus 1.5mm ball end hex wrench. Good quality and available almost everywhere tools are sold.

Awesome thanks .. I did some Google-fu, and these look to be the best, as they have a lifetime warranty. I hope I can get the 10 pack at Amz, only one left.

Related question .. where is a good source for non stripping hex grub screws? I got a 10pc from eBay, but I think they are also stripping.

could also try Fastenall. But MC Carr will also have what you want.

Fact is there is NO SUCH thing as non rounding in either the screws or the tools. Mainly because MOST of the rounding is cause by the HUMAN using the tool.

That's one solution.

The real one is realizing that paying extra, for quality, won't really be of any benefit. so you get 1 or 2 uses more with a $1 tool. Me I'll just by 10, ten cent keys. Wonder who will be back at the store first.

Welp .. I got a 10pc set of Bondhus 1.5mm wrenches (ProGuard finish) from Amazon. So far they've been much better than the wrenches that I got from what was bundled with my atty, eBay an purchase, and Hillman supply from ACE hardware.

They were able to tighten my Velocity grub nuts perfectly fine.

As long as you don't overtighten or jam the hex key in, a well made hex key/driver will last basically indefinitely. I have a set of thorp drivers I bought back in '95 that are still good.
Mowed the block twice for those. Time well invested
