Aspire Zelos 3 Kit

Hi, my aspire zelos 3 is charging absolutely fine. But apart from that, there is no power at all. I’ve tried the 5 chicks and I’ve given it a bit of a clean. Not sure what else to do. It’s only 1 month old.

The manual indicates a power switch on the bottom of the device. Maybe try that?
