I have the aspire CF Sub Ohm and its a great battery, I actually have two of them, and thats the down side. If the battery dies you have to have a second one to use while the first is charging, thus why I ended up buying two of them. I would recommend if you are going to stick to aspire products to get the CF mod, its the same exact thing except you can swap the battery when one dies. The CF Sub Ohm has an internal battery. So again my recommendation would be to get the CF Mod.

Also I use the Atlantis as well its an awesome tank, out of curiosity why don't you try another mechanical mod? you get better hits, I'm using a stingray x with the atlantis and I LOVE it.

well i currently use an aspire VV+. just found out about the sub ohm and the CF Mod battery. i could always buy the Modd that takes the 18650 and charge my VV+ while I use that one.

I recommend a 50W VW mod. As others have mentioned, the sub ohm and Mod are not regulated. The Joytech Delta II, IMO, beats both the Atlantis and Subtank in flavor and vapor. I was firing Max VG juice at 50W this evening with the replacable coil head. With a VW mod, you get the same output as the battery drains and thus a more consistent vaping experience. Choosing a 50W mod allows you to enjoy other sub ohm tanks at higher wattages.

The VV+ will not fire the Atlantis tank because of the Ohm rating. I ended up selling mine VV+ and Natulis mini to my dad because once I moved to the Atlantis I had no use for the previous battery or tank.

Congrats on the 4 months. I'm not sure what the cf battery can do but with a box mod that can hold a 18650 battery you have a choice in options as far as more watts or less watts. You can kinda fine tune it to what you wanna vape at.

thank you. made the conscious effort after my 31st bday to quit smoking.

i know on a VV+ im pushing anywhere from 5-12W (as the battery loses its charge on a 1.8 BVC (which is usually at 1.9). I also have a Vamo V5 but im just not liking it.

The sub ohm battery has a built in 2000mAh battery. the CF MOD requires a 18650 battery. just trying to figure out which one i want to get and if anyone around here has had any experience with them.

this is the cf mod - Aspire - Aspire CF MOD Battery
this is the sub ohm mod - Aspire - Aspire CF SUB? Battery

I have an Atlantis with the CF mod currently use 18650 3100 mah 20w high drain batteries that at 4.2v puts out 35w, at 3.7v puts out 27w, tried out a box mod the other day and anything above 35 w kinda roached the flavor so I don't see a need unless I get a dripper. In conclusion the cf mod with replaceable (Good quality batteries to prevent venting), rocks I just need to grab another battery when mine dies and back in action, and the cf mod is unregulated, so essentially a fancy mech as best I can tell. Hope this helps you.

steam-engine.org has an awesome battery calculator that you can put in your battery model and coil ohms and it will give you exact stats
