Hello everyone

I new to this forum but I’ve been vaping on and off for about 2 years.

I just discovered salt nic and it’s working for me to stay off cigarettes.

I bought the aspire breeze and tried 40mg nic and 20mg nic

Now my question is it ok to vape salts with the breeze and the 0.6omh coils

With the 40mg I take like 3 puffs and I’m ok for the next 45min and if I over do it start getting a headache and sometimes anxious so brought down to 20mg so it better but can’t over do it.

With a somewhat sub0hm coil, I guess you'd want to lower the nic salts. But I would say that if you were vaping with regular nicotine. It's about matching the device to the nicotine level that is comfortable. You need to vape more (probably) if you are just quitting, so if you get sx of nicotine overload lower the nic more. However, there is not any "magic super secret thing" that happens with nic salts. They're just a slightly different form of nicotine that MAY be more quickly bioavailable although I haven't noticed a huge difference.

Nic overload sx will be the same, just possibly slightly quicker onset.

Best of luck,

Anna

I would just pay attention to how many puffs you take and real soon you'll figure out when to stop. Idon't think there is much difference 20mg is 20mg nic most people don't vape that high with subohm but I can see where it might work better if your in a place where you can't vpe very often.
