They construction looks the same, the outer tube has a different design on it but looks basically the same.

Most of the flaws from the previous Vamo's have been eliminated.
Yours, of course, has a 30 watt board where mine has a 25 watt.

For the price you can't go wrong.

Thanks man that boosted me a little its my first order for Variable wattage device and I thought I made the wrong choice

Cool. I just bought a V6 two weeks ago. I really like it. But now I kinda wish I had waited and got a V7. I didn't even know they were out yet. I'm not too disappointed because it's just an extra 10 watts and so far I don't run more than 18 watts. But it still might be handy for some. Then again...I didn't buy mine from FT. I made a small order yesterday to see what their quality is like.

whats up with the stories that they have a hard time going up above 16 watts with 18650s? are these people just using horrible batteries?
