I have been wanting to try my hand at rebuilding, but have held off due to the initial $$ required. But I just got a $100 gift card for Amazon and figured that would make a good start for the supplies I'll need. After looking, the number of options are pretty overwhelming for a n00b. Can anyone recommend batteries, wire, wick, and anything else I will need that I can get from Amazon? Thanks in advance!

Here are some of the items I have seen on Amazon.
1. Kanthal Wire - Lots of different gauges - many in 100ft spools
2. Silica -- both twisted & braided
3. Stainless steel mesh
4. Organic cotton balls
5. Precision screwdriver sets - for winding your coils (if you don't already own a set)
6. Sony US18650 VTR3 or 4 or 5 batteries
7. Nitecore Intellicharger i4 (if you don't already own a good charger capable of charging many different sizes)
8. Cape May polishing cloths (If you own any brass/copper mods)
9. Ultrasonic Cleaner -- for cleaning your mods/RBA -- I am still looking to find a good one
