So, it looks like Kanger is coming out with a 16.5mm tank that would look pretty nice on top of a Spinner 2. Anyone have any idea on when that might happen? It looks like it could be right up my alley being kanger and having the airflow control and all.

While we're at it, if anyone knows of any other 16.5mm clearomizer that's available, i'd love a recommendation!

I love my aerotank but it could use more capacity. Im really considering the mega. Is the mega what your referring to as coming out. Its out now. Id like to know how the redesigned airflow is on the mega before I buy one though.
what I'm looking for is called the Aerotank MOW. right now, I have a protank 3 mini and like it. I've been considering an aerotank mini, but if the MOW is going to be here anytime soon, I could probably hold off for a bit. I'd like something that fits my battery a little sleeker, ya know?

So since this thing is dual coil is there a rule of thumb for setting the voltage?
Thanks

Personally with my aerotank I didnt care for the dual coils warm vape and they seemed slow to heat in my opinion might have just been my mod. I rebuilt with a single coil 1.6 ohm and love it. Im not sure how the mega draws or acts since it is a different size and that should change something about the vape.

Ok apologies for this reply I misread my bad. That looks to be more like a mini so I would assume it would vape much like one. My dual coils were around 2 ohm that came with the tank. I tried them first on my spinner 2 and it simply didnt like them very well. However with a 1.6 I can run my aerotank on my spinner2 or my preferred mod. To me dual coils give you a warm vape I had burnt taste issues but maybe it was me. But Im more than satisfied with single coil around 10 watts. Great taste and the cloud isnt to bad considering I use a high pg juice. Id recommend starting low and working upwards in voltage til you get a satisfactory hit and taste.

Dual coil atomizers consist of two coils of higher resistance (for instance, a 1.8Ω DC atty comes with two 3.6Ω coils configured in parallel), so they require more wattage than single coil atties of the same resistance. On the other hand, dual coil atties produce more vapor than singles due to increased surface area. I usually increase my wattage by 30% or so (compared to the singles) to begin with. For example, if I like 6 watts with a single coil atty, I start at 8-9 watts with a dual coil atty. That's just my preference--YMMV. When in doubt--start low and adjust up as needed.
