72mg Nicotine import/export to the UK.

Howdy,

Recently left the industry after 11 years. So glad to be out of it and for it to be over

Before those 11 years I was mixing my own with imported 72mg nicotine from nicvape in the US. They have since stopped trading.

For 11 years I have been totally removed from anything mixing related.

Are people still importing/exporting to the UK?

Pretty sure it would be illegal to buy nic abroad for shipping to the UK, and it would be stopped at the border. At one time there were some places in China that would ship it to the UK with fake labels, calling it VG or something. Don't know if that still happens but it might be the only way to do it. China doesn't seem to care about breaking the rules. American suppliers wouldn't go near it. It was discussed a bit on some Brit forums a few years ago right after the rules changed.

Hmm. As far as I understand it personal import to the UK is still perfectly fine up to 75mg/ml at which point you need a poisons licence. Selling to end users (rather than manufacturers) within the EU is when it becomes a problem.

If nobody is doing it though then the rules/laws are not worth thinking about
