Hi to everyone!

A few days ago my 618 e-pipe has arrived. First day I filled the tank with liquid and everything was ok for 20 minutes.
But the battery was very weak; I tried a few times, but I realiezed that obviously I need better batteries. I waited 10 days for an AW battery.

Battery is now ok, but there is a problem with the pipe. Sometimes its red light doesnt flash sometimes it is on for long minutes (it gets hot of course) and sometime there is no light.

I think there was liquid in the tank and in a week it leaked on inner parts.

Now... is there anybody knows how can I clean it, how can I open it.

Or what do you think, what is the problem?

Thank you for your help.

adbakt........I don't own a 618.....or any retail pipe for that matter.....But I remember reading about this same problem with the 601's.....

I looked in the 601 pipe threads, and found this http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/dse-601-pipe/369669-601-c-stuck-switch.html

which lead to this http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/8146-how-clean-dse601-e-pipe.html

I don't know how good the advice is.....but there you go.....FYI....There are other things in the 601 section that might be useful to you also....I believe the 601 and 618 are very similar in bowl....

Of course, if someone comes along, that owns a 618.....Take their advice......

Hope this helps......

Finally I pulled its 510 connection out by moving it to right and left using a pliers, and I could clean it at least partially.
But you must be gentile if you need to open it, because there are very thin cables connected to 510 connection.
After that you will see a silicon stopper in 2 cm deep and there is small sensor on it. The sensor also has a few thin cables. You can also take this stopper and sensor out with a tweezer to clean it better. The cables are long enough to take them out.
