510 charger not working

I have a 510 charger that isn't charging any of my three batteries. Does anyone know if there is an easy fix?

It should be the right hookup, since it did successfully charge one of my batteries ONE TIME when I first took it out of the package.

Here is the info on it: DESAN USB-B, input: DC5V, output: DC4.2V-0.2A

And the LED does light up green when I plug it into a source. The batteries are just not connecting, but they all work properly, as I can use them fine with another charger.

make sure the battery contacts are clean and free of juice

also the center pin may be a bit short, ive read a couple threads around here stating that the center pin may be a mm or so short causing a "hit or miss" charge

...a last ditch, maybe fix...take a VERY thin bladed screwdriver(eyeglass type)...insert between center pin and edge and give it a very gentle "pry up"...and I mean VERY GENTLE...don't force anything and see if it will lift just the tiniest bit...this is the reason I encourage folks to have spares and spares for their spares.........
