510 center pin problem

The center pin fell out of my 510 connector! I found the pin after looking around for a while, but have no idea how to secure it in the 510 again. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to repair it? Any feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

The positive + wire needs to be solder to it,take out the little rubber washer that the pin goes onto and try to get the positive wire out and then it will need to be solder to it.

The grommet broke... any ideas what I can use to replace it?

Heat shrink, the coating off a piece of lower gauge wire, or maybe the tip of a larger pipette.

Zander.......Ditto to what"been there" said....both times.....

Here is a other place to look 510 Connector Rigid Insulator and Silver Plated Center Post - Avid Vaper and these.....I was going to link to a 510 connector, but it will not work.....This is in the same section..."mod shop"....I have used these, they work good.....

I used one out of an old atomizer! It was a bit too soft of a rubber though. It wasn't very sturdy, so I filled the 510 with hot glue (the inside of the cap where it is wired) and it holds in place nicely!

And I'm fixing a copper mod I made, duckie...
