Most folks understand that the majority of our suppliers are small family businesses or sometimes just a single person runs the show. It would be unreasonable for people to expect you all to operate at the rate of a factory. Besides, larger businesses don't give a rats ... how long it takes to arrive, they just want your money. People should be thrilled that most of our suppliers actually care about the customers and most consider them friends (in as much as one can be online) If I order something from a bigger company, you can bet your sweet patootie that I will have to pay a pretty penny to get it in less than 7-10 working days.

You two take a break and chill with the family and enjoy some quality time away from work. No one's gonna die if their Joose comes a day later.

Wow! Thanks for putting up with my rant and the support :) Like I said 99% of people totally understand and are supportive. I guess I get peeved that no matter how many times or how I go about making it known that 1% either doesn't pay attention or just assumes we have it sitting on a shelf and take our sweet time packaging it up and shipping it???

Either way getting back to business. Both the Morning Dew and Cheesecake came back kinda mixed and we don't have a lot of flavoring for, if it's something you'd like to order just order a bottle of OMG (the joose) with the options you'd like it in and make a note in the comments box to substitute the OMG for that flavor and we'll make the change.

EVERYONE is packed and ready to be dropped off, this includes all site orders as well as paypal invoiced orders. There was also more than I thought of the RY4 flavoring left when we finished. Part of the problem is that I have to count each unit as an ounce until I can take a few days and create a "sister" product for each product to keep more accurate inventory, and add to the fact that we mixed a few ounces to "Bait A" out so I played it safe.

I will start updating inventory on the site as well as change the main image to be more clear about shipping times. We may not have to use 96 hours and since we're totally caught up now the 1st orders placed will start shipping Monday. Then again Monday morning we may have several 100 orders and feel we are approaching that time and shut it down for 24-48 hours, every time I think I have an idea of what to expect we go to another level.

Trust me when I say this has been nothing but a total blessing for us and I am not complaining, things could be much worse and I feel so blessed with KBV in that I couldn't make a living the way I always have with my back in the condition it is in. I appreciate everyone's business, patience, and understanding as well as the wonderful friendships I've made in the process :) I will have the site open by this evening, and again thank you all so much and have a great weekend!

Bob and Missy, I know *exactly* what you need!

I think you should come to the PV Sauna to get an early preview. A little steam, a little massage, a cold beverage of your choice. Sounds good, doesn't it? <wink>

BTW, I will be hiring massage therapists in the very near future. Required qualifications include knowing the definition of the following terms: Happy Ending, Joy Joy, Soapy, Table Shower, Tug the Beads Now and "Are you a cop?" Apply via PM.

<wink>

Well I've had some time to get into the joose I just recieved :D and I gotta say they're all terrific... Topping the favorites list (in order) are Strawberry Slice Cake, Hypno Dreams, MAW and Butter Pecan Rum... The Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Crumb Donut are pretty good too but just not something I would vape all the time... Another WIN from KBV <3 Thank Youuuuu!

boB, personally, I'd rather endure longer lead times than see you hire mixers. You have always stated that you would never feel comfortable letting "someone else" ('sides yssiM) do the mixing. Okay, you may have to live up to the extended lead time that you state in your TOS on the website, so what?! I think most of us can live with that (not to mention, it would probably be temporary anyway). However, even with all that said, you should not ever let your job interfere w/your family life (or life in general). Please, I beg you, go on that float this weekend....enjoy your time with your kids! The time you lose with your kids, you will never get back!

Aw poor Cassie :( They sure have sharp teeth when they're little don't they?

I'm hesitant to open the store since I'm receiving emails on orders placed Weds asking why they haven't received tracking. We've actually operated for the most part within a 24-48 hour schedule this week and have worked day and night to keep up. All but possibly a few orders placed Weds will go out today and if we don't get them all today will finish the remaining few tomorrow. I feel I've made it clear here, the terms and conditions on the site, and the main image that we freshly mix every bottle and it is possible it could take 96 hours or 4 business days to ship. Just frustrating when you have a beautiful week and the only time you go outside is to run to the PO. We're doing the best we can and please if you need liquid shipped next day find a vendor that has it sitting on a shelf pre mixed that can get it to you. Maybe some fresh mixers can ship next day but there is probably reason for that. [/rant]

I'm going to discuss it with Missy and make a decision, we had hoped to float with our son this weekend and our oldest wants to do something with us Sunday. I fear doing that while having the store open would force us to operate on orders placed late weekend on a 4 day schedule next week and would rather not see what that would bring!

The forum will be up soon and we can discuss things there. Would people want to see KBV train mixers and endure a price increase for a faster turn around as well as having the store open 24/7?

I apologize in advance if this comes off rude and uncharacteristic of me, we took a record # of orders in 3 days this week and really didn't as much as take an evening to watch a movie preparing to get them out as quick as we could. I know 99% of our customers understand and appreciate that :)

Thanks again guys, notes taken. The store is open but we will not touch work this weekend. We do owe it to our kids to spend a weekend with them. I agree NC, I've always said we'd never go that route nor do we wish to be the biggest vendor out there. I still feel while maybe slightly inconvenienced at times by closures everyone who has wanted to has had and will the opportunity to order joose. Imma play a little and sign off for a change. I'll do some KBV radio station 69.69 later this evening :)

Ceigo we're on our way! No loaners needed! BTW the RY4 is in stock in limited amount until next week as well as the 555.

We may weed out a few products in the future that don't sell well, that won't be one :) If or when we do that for those that do order them we will maybe create a "blank" flavor and let the customer choose the options and write in the comment box that they want that flavor until we run out of stock. It won't be many and at the rate they are ordered would be available to those that like them for a few months. For instance Pumpkin Pie Cappuccino is probably one that isn't worth continuing to order flavorings for, some of them aren't easy to obtain and it sold a whopping 5 bottles last month. I believe that is currently our least selling joose. No secret now along with the RY4 and 555 Caramel Capp is my favorite so I need to revisit that one, I haven't vaped it in months.

You could also do "seasonal" flavors .. like pumpkin pie cappuccino would probably sell better in Nov and Dec so you could offer it once a year. maybe you can see similiar patterns in other ones that sell better in the summer/winter.

Down the rabbit hole..
boB and yssiM you guys deserve to take regular time off for family time. I can say I always get my joose order from you guys faster than from
any other vendor! Anyone that complains about their joose being 1 or 2 days late, doesn't deserve the joose anyway!! You always give plenty of warning
on store closings so there's nothing to complain about! I'd rather wait some to get the best joose than get some of the nasty juices that are out there..
just sayin.....

(I like punkin cap - it didn't sound terrifically appetizing so it sat a while while i was trying gazillion others. it's yum, very surprising. but caramel cap is even better, so i guess i'll live. i wish me egg basket weren't still half full - i wanna try every flavor immediately. resisting the ordering itch... for now.)

and lord yes, take time off, you darlings. hug the kids for aubs.
